Make a small coil pot, create a wall hanging, design your own avatar...the choice is yours! You will be working with air dry clay and can choose from a number of project examples provided, or bring along your own ideas. Our friendly volunteers will be on hand to offer guidance. Please note this will not be a taught session but will be a chance to enjoy a creative morning in the peaceful setting of the Allen Gallery. 

 

All materials and equipment provided. Please wear appropriate clothing for working with clay, aprons will be provided if required. 

 

We kindly ask that parents/carers accompany children under 16. [There will be a separate workshop for 11-17 year olds during the festival] 

 

Refreshments are available to purchase from the gallery cafe. 

 

Accessibility: the workshops will be in the ground floor gallery space, which has level access and is fully wheelchair accessible.
