FRANTIC ASSEMBLY TEEN WORKSHOP

Can you be terrified and fearless at the same time? That's the question that sparked Frantic Assembly over thirty years ago – and it remains at the heart of everything they do.

One of the UK's most celebrated and boundary-pushing theatre companies, Frantic Assembly is renowned for work that moves between raw physicality and tender vulnerability with extraordinary power. Their influence on contemporary theatre is immeasurable – and now they're bringing their methods to Alton.

In this hands-on workshop, participants will learn the Frantic Method first-hand: an energetic warm-up gives way to skills exercises, lifting techniques and creative tasks that unlock the physical storytelling at the core of their practice. No experience is required – only a willingness to move, take risks and discover what your body can say when words aren't enough.

Two sessions are available: 10am–12pm for ages 18+, and 1pm–3pm for ages 14–18.
